What is HEALOW?
HEALOW is the patient portal, offering you personalized and secure online access to view portions of your medical records to manage your healthcare.
Through Healow, you have access to a simpler way of communicating with our office:

How do I sign up for HEALOW?
For the best experience, we recommend the Healow app

TeleVisits can be utilized for ALL visit types except Annual Physicals and Pre-Operation (Pre-Op) Visits, we will email you Lab/Imaging Orders and Referrals at the conclusion of your TeleVisit.
Can my spouse and I share one HEALOW account?
No, due to the sensitive nature of medical information, patients must establish their own HEALOW account.
Can I update my personal information (e.g., home address, phone number, or e-mail) through HEALOW?
Yes, you can update your personal information through HEALOW by sending updates under MESSAGES
If I send a message to my provider's office through Connect, when can I expect a reply?
REFILLS:1 Business Day for acknowledgement, 5 Business Days for Dr. Charles to review
General Messages: 1 Business Day (not including Fridays)
How can I see my test results in Healow?
If some of my health information on HEALOW is not correct, what should I do?
The health information in your HEALOW account comes directly from your doctor's electronic medical record, please send concerns in Healow under MESSAGES.
How do I request my MEDICAL RECORD?

Billing FAQ:
Are credit card payments made through HEALOW safe?
Yes, all electronic fund transfers and payments are compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
Do I have to pay my bills online?
No, in addition to making online payments, you may pay your bills via phone or mail.
What if I have questions about my bills or balance?
You can reach the billing department by sending an electronic message through Healow portal under MESSAGES or email Billing@DavidaCharlesMD.com
